DEMO: Furnace Maintenance

October 15, 2025

I scheduled my annual furnace tune-up and the whole process was seamless. The tech was punctual, thorough, and left the work area cleaner than he found it. He noticed a small issue with the igniter that could have caused problems later and took care of it on the spot. It's nice to head into winter knowing everything is in good shape.

DEMO: Heat Pump Installation

September 8, 2025

We decided to switch from our old gas furnace to a heat pump, and this company made it painless. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and walked us through how to use the new thermostat before they left. It's been a few weeks now and our energy bills are already noticeably lower. Really impressed with the professionalism from start to finish.

DEMO: Air Conditioner Repair

August 1, 2025

Our AC died right in the middle of a heat wave, and I was convinced we'd be waiting days for help. I called first thing in the morning expecting to be told they were booked solid, but they fit us in that same afternoon. The technician showed up within a few hours and got straight to work diagnosing the problem. He found the issue quickly and had the unit running again before dinner. What I really appreciated was that he took the time to explain what went wrong and gave me some tips to avoid the same issue in the future. No upselling, no pressure, just honest and efficient service. Couldn't be happier and will definitely call them again.

– Marcus D.

Response from MD Air Conditioning and Heating:

Thank you so much for the kind words, Marcus! We know how miserable it can be without AC during a heat wave, so we're glad we could get your system back up and running the same day.
